Now, this is one you’re going to hear all the time. As a part time internet entrepreneur you need to outsource in your business as much as you possibly can. It’s important and you need to figure out how to get it done.
Let me give you a way to think about this. Here’s a model for success as a part time internet business. If you spend 15 minutes every night making a list of things that could be done at that moment by somebody else, for example transcribing this video. When I get done with this video I’ll ship it off to a fantastic transcriptionist, she will transcribe it for you and make a PDF, and I won’t touch it.
Sending articles to directories is another really good example. Pulling traffic reports from your site, tweaking and maintaining sites, updating autoresponders, etcetera. Make that list and have it done while you sleep. I can’t explain it to you any other way. The most effective use of your sleep time is to have some outsource worker in the Philippines doing your work for you while you sleep.
I know what you’re going to tell me. “Mark, I’m just getting started. I can’t afford to outsource.” Let me tell you, Your time is worth more than you think. If you really don’t believe that, just start small.
Think of a small thing and go to
Scriptlance.com, or someplace like that and outsource it. Even better yet there’s a new site called
Fiverr.com where you can get stuff done for five dollars. Look at the internet marketing section, people will do various social bookmarking tasks and other things for you that you should not be spending your time on for five dollars. I know you’ve got five dollars, give it a try and see what you think.
You need to learn how to outsource if you’re going to be a successful part time internet marketer, take my word for it.
